He was predeceased by: his father David Patrick; and his brother Chase Rector. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Patrick (Toosley) of Knox, Indiana.; his wife Zoe Toosley of Moundsville; his children, Chloe Toosley of Michigan City, Kadence Toosley of Monticello, Jaylen Morgan of Moundsville and Logan Morgan of Moundsville; and his sisters, Candice Williams (Brandon) of Rochester, Michelle Rector of Francesville and Ashley Rector of Rensselaer.
