He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Victor Andrews and Ruth Andrews; his children, Kari Lynn Scare (Rex) and Jamie Andrews (Barbara); his stepson Dale Ledbetter; his wife Pat; his sisters, Kay Mayer (Larry) and Karen Owen (Jeff); his grandchildren, Tory, Rieley Ledbetter, Jonathan and Richard Scare; and his great grandchildren, Aliyah Fawley, Chance and Clarity Scare. He was also cherished by three children.
