He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Haddix and Stella Mae Haddix (Turner); and his brother Ronnie Haddix. He is survived by: his children, Cassie Garbas (Michael) of Knox, Caitlyn Haddix of Knox and Cody Haddix (Kristina) of North Judson; his siblings, Johnny Haddix (Amber) of Traverse City and Erica Reed (Michael) of Knox; and his stepson Trustin Kuchel of North Judson, Indiana.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
