She was predeceased by: her father Richard Dowling; and her grandparents, Frank and JoAnne Vitallo. She is survived by: her mother Debra Vitallo; her children, Joanne Neeley (Kyle), Jeffrey Jacobs and Jena Jacobs; her brother Jonny Vitallo (Lisa); and her aunts, Sandra Vitallo and Kim Jones (John). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
