He is survived by: his significant other Charlene Decker; his children, Chris Decker (Carla), Charity Becker (Brett) and James Neal "Chip" Decker, Jr. (Charlene); his grandchildren, Matthew Decker, Christopher Decker (Brittany), Jarod Decker (Brittany), Thomas Wagoner, Eliza Wagoner, Emmalee Becker, James Neal Decker III (Kerstin) and Brooklyn Decker; his great grandchildren, Bailey Wolfe, Eli Decker, Kaleb Decker, Ava Decker, Lia Decker, Nora Decker, Hadley Decker and Tip (James Neal Decker IV); his siblings, Bobby Decker (Lana), Tom Barrett (Tina), Kandy Forest (Ray), Judy Lemarr (David), Tim Niewinski, Robin Martin, Danny Decker, Debra Decker and Linda Howard; his brother-in-law Enos Howard; and his aunt Carolyn Wyatt. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren.

Jim lost a hard fought battle to COVID-19.
