He is survived by: his girlfriend Pam Hovarter; his daughters, Brandy Materna (Eric) and Emma Glover; his grandsons, Daulton, Dylan, Eric Kale and Brady Materna; his great grandchild Casen Materna; his sisters, Martha Minix (GW), Phyllis Foust and Sharon Risner (Chuck); and his stepbrother Tony Glover. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
