He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hausler of Knox; and his children, Rick Matysak (Michelle) of Knox, Shelly Matysak of Chesterton and Tricia Matysak of Fayetteville. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren 2 great-grandchildren.
