He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Fogarty and Mary Fogarty (Helms). He is survived by: his children, Ann DeLong (Joseph) of Knox, George V. Fogarty of Knox, Barbara A. Fogarty of Knox, Patricia L. VanVolkenburg (Daniel) of Knox and Kathleen Thomas of Wyoming; and his sister Mary Alice. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
