He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Briggs and Martha St. Jermane (Clark); and his siblings, James D. Briggs and Loucinda Poul. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Briggs (Moore); and his sons, Russell Humes of Chicago, IL, Denny Humes of Knox and Randall Slusser of Knox. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Memorial contributions may be made in Garry's name to Zion Gospel Church in Kewanna.
