It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frazier V. Lowe (Knox, Indiana), who passed away on February 19, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus K. Lowe and Gussie Marie Brown Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Maggie Rowe; his children, Bill Lowe (Kate) of Philadelphia, PA and Debbie Riddle (Ron) of Knox; his stepdaughter Billie Krueger (Rob) of Knox; and his brother Jim Lowe of Virginia. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers please make donations in his memory to the Starke County Youth Club.
