He is survived by: his daughters, Andrea Nease of Arizona and Michele Swallow of Arizona; his adoptive son Brian Allen; and his sisters, Dearl Fay Holbrook of Kentucky and Lucille Montgomery of Iowa. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
