He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tracy and Wilhelmina Tracy; and his brother John Tippett. He is survived by: his wife Christina Tracy; his children, Karrie Bledsoe (Charles), Elizabeth Embry, Sheri Whitten and Thomas Tracy (Crystal); and his grandchildren, Douglas, Thomas, Anthony, Felicia, William, Tara, Teicha, Emily, Timmy, Lily, Nahia, Jaylynn and Braylen. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren; many other loving family members and friends.
