He was predeceased by: his father Fanuel Clemons; and his siblings, Roger Clemons and Brenda Bowers. He is survived by: his mother Calla Clemons (Napier) of Lafayette; his wife Jane Vance of Knox; his children, Maggie Galloway of Knox, Katlyn Clemons of Hammond, Angel Friant of LaPorte, Victoria Payton of LaPorte, James Friant (Brandy) of Iowa and John Friant (Rachel) of Texas; his sister Wilma Clemons of Texas; and his sister-in-law Cathy Clemons. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 4:00 AM to 5:00 AM and from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Rannells Funeral Home - Hamlet Chapel (102 W Davis St, Hamlet, IN 46532).
