She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Robert L. Fugate and Oralee Wagers Fugate; her husband Charles Galbreath; and her sisters, Delcie, Eva, Evline and Hallibee.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles (Kathy) of Knox, Kevin of Knox and Kenneth (Kim) of Knox; and her siblings, David, Paul Fugate, Mae, Helen, Flora, Jewel and Kathy. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
