She is survived by: her husband Richard Velchek, Sr. of Knox; her children, Richard Velchek, Jr. of Westville, Tom Velchek (Julie) of Cumming, GA, Laurie Miller (Rock) of Grovertown, Jeff Velchek (Shelly) of Laporte and Joe Velchek of Plymouth; her grandchildren, Kylee, Spencer, Sydney, Hannah, Jason, Nathan, Abby and Alan; and her siblings, Irene Hofferth and Richard Roth.
