She was predeceased by: her parents, Lem "Jack" Dunn and Jennie Viola Dunn (Cook); her son Robert Rutledge Jr.; and her siblings, Jack Dunn, Joe Dunn, John Dunn and Mary Tomei.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Targett; her children, Steve Rutledge, Sr. (Marcy), Anna Whitlow, Joy Frederick (Kirk) and Kate Targett (Beth Clark); her grandchildren, Brandie Anthony (Mike), Dennis Whitlow, Amber Whitlow, Kayla Rutledge, Steven Rutledge, Jr. (Carrie), Cameron Rutledge, Collier Frederick, Porter Frederick and Cora Frederick; her great grandchildren, Aiden Rutledge, Caydence Anthony and Raelynn Anthony; and her siblings, Norma Perkins (Jerry Perkins Sr.), Shirley Anthony, Charles Dunn, Sr. and Donald Dunn. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
