He was predeceased by: his father Willie E. Abrams; and his siblings, Gene, Emerald, Billy Fred Abrams and Mary Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Floris L. Abrams (Nolen); his children, David Abrams of Olive Hill, Doug Abrams (Laurie) of New Castle and Delaura Abrams of Knightstown; his grandchildren, Samantha McCorkle, Lauren McCorkle, Michael Abrams (Brooklyn), Shelby Nation (Jake), Amber Abrams-Redmond, Mason Garris, William "Bill" Phillips, Aron Carpenter and Colton Abrams; and his sister Jackie Carrithers of Louisville, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
