He is survived by: his close friend Patty Hutson; his children, Patricia Ripberger (Mike), Tommy Drake (Jayan), Connie Brown (Randy), Neenah Spiker (Toney) and Beverly Groce; and his grandchildren, Michael Ripberger, Jennifer Bond, Chris McDonald, Rachel Turpin, Jason McDonald, Liz Douglas, Jeremy Drake, Ashley Douglas, Joshua Groce, Shelby Hall, Whitney Atkinson and Michalah Davidson. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
