He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Caruthers and Tara Caruthers of Knightstown; his grandparents, Daniel, Karen Caruthers of Lawrence, Steve Dokken of Greenwood and Terri Kuberski of Indianapolis; his great-grandparents, Clara Smith of Indianapolis, Leonard and Darlene Glenn of New Palestine; his aunts, Jessica Perry (Julian) of Greenwood and Amanda Tansy of Lawrence; and his uncle Chris Dokken (Liz) of Greenwood.
