She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Thompson and Miriam Thompson (Rhodes); and her husband Gilbert "Gibo" Chew. She is survived by: her sons, Gilbert "Gib" L. Chew, Jr., Jeff Chew (Kim), Mick J. Chew (Dorsi) and Edwin "Eddie" Chew (Nancy); her grandchildren, Shelby Chew, Thomas Chew (Izzy), Lauren Taylor (Brandon), Megan Borders (Levi), Meghan Beals (Forrest), Nicholas Chew, Alexandra Chew-Null (Michael), Valerie and Trey Chew; her great grandchildren, Evan, Lily, Stori, Mila and Eleanor; and her siblings, J. Bruce Thompson II, Linda Priest and Tim Thompson (Barbara). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
