She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Richard, Ruth Hunt, John and Stella Butler; her nieces and nephews, Crysten and Jett Williams; and her mother-in-law Janet Kay Johnson.
She is survived by: her parents, Hayden Butler of Knightstown and Kay Houchins (Hunt) of Dunreith; her husband Tim Johnson of Knightstown; her children, Cale Andrew Johnson (Kimberly) of New Castle and Logan Edward Johnson (Kaylee Day) of Losantville; her stepchildren, Ian Matthew Johnson (Heather) of Indianapolis and Sarah Johnson of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Karter Johnson, Evelyn Marcum and Hunter Ray Johnson; and her siblings, Jeff Butler (Cyndy) of New Castle, Lisa Hall (Ric) of Knightstown, Heidi Carmichael (Gabe) of Knightstown and Carrie Stemler (Steve) of New Castle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and extended family.
