He is survived by: his parents, Steven Ott and Carolyn Ott; his brothers, Justin Derush (Holli) of Ohio, Adam Ott of Muncie and Nathan Ott of Knightstown; his nephew Lincoln Samuel Derush; and his grandmother Sharon Grizzell. He is also survived by 7 uncles; 4 aunts; and several cousins.
