He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Carol Colclazier (Johnson); his daughter Beth Ann Colclazier Stone; his grandchildren, Hannah Colclazier, Kendra Stone, Chasity Vaughn and Macy Colclazier; and his great grandchildren, Toni, Harmony Ritchie, Noah Stone and Layken Colclazier.
