He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Lukens and Iva Lukens (Warrick); and his siblings, Phil Lukens, Barbara McKee and Candy Lukens.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Lukens; his children, Danny Lukens (Audrey), Lynette McIntosh (Joe), Scott Lukens, David Lukens (Christina), Jeff Hochstedler (Patty), Kirk Hochstedler, Greg Hochstedler (Dana) and Pam Hochstedler; his sisters, Gloria Jean Thorpe, Mary Lou Gray (Sam), Donna Kay Gaither, Linda Gatewood (Ron) and Lori Chew; and his siblings-in-law, Charlotte Lukens and Virgil McKee. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren.
