He is survived by: his children, Scotty, Jason and Karla Collis; his grandsons, Wesley Johnson, Aaron, Kaleb Moore, Scotty Jr. and Christopher Collis; his great grandchildren, Autumn, Vincent Moore and Scotty III; his siblings, Melvin, Norman, Myron, Ray, David, Jay, Elvin and Carey Collis; and also, Catherine Collis and Makayla Anderson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
