Jo Ann Downey Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Downey (Knightstown, Indiana), who passed away on June 30, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Moffitt and Myrle Moffitt (Rhodes); her husband John Downey; and her son Lawrence Allen. She is survived by: her children, Kay Denney (David) of Knightstown, Janet Downey of Seminole and Michael Downey (Susie) of Knightstown; her grandchildren, Carissa Brammer (Ryan) of Indianapolis, Scott Denney of Seminole, Craig Denney (Brittany) of Knightstown, Austin Downey of Knightstown and Eric Magee (Robin) of Laurel; her great grandchildren, Bronwynn and Beckett Denney of Knightstown; and her sister Wanda Gregory of Knightstown. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Heritage House Residence Fund or Angel Wish.
