He was predeceased by: his parents, Minna Fred Zeilinga I and Joan Zeilinga (Clark). He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Kieninger (Josh), Sunshine Zeilinga (Tony Collins) and Katherine Sanders (James); his grandchildren, Jericho, Tallaulah, Julian, Amelia, Winifred, Aspen, Sterling and Briar; his former wife Karen Smith (Ron); his siblings, Minna Fred Zeilinga II (Kathy) and Pamela Paugh; and his pet Lou. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Riverside Cemetery (6665 W 900 N, Carthage, IN 46115).
