He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryan Haase and Maribel Haase (Winkler); and his siblings, Truth Schiffhauer (Fran), Janice Kendall (Jack) and Michael Haase.

He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Haase (Shan) of Fishers, Shannan Haase (Pat Lister) of Knightstown and Emily Leakey (Chad) of Knightstown; his grandchildren, Kale Titus (Walker), Meric Haase, Dylan Chandler, Darby Haase, Claire Leakey, Saige Chandler, Gage Haase and Stella Leakey; his great grandchildren, Bo and Whitley Titus; and his siblings, Tom Haase (Judy) of Knightstown and Dee Ellen Jarboe of Carmel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered to the Knightstown Volunteer Fire Department, 30 S. Washington St., Knightstown, IN 46148.
