He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Robert and Elsie Raglin (Stacy); his stepfather Thelan Dewees; his father-in-law Wesley Dudley; his stepfather-in-law Thomas Kise; and his grandmother Corda Ratliff.
He is survived by: his wife Tonya E. Raglin of Knightstown; his sons, Mike Dudley (Tina) of Carthage and Ross Raglin of Spiceland; his grandchildren, Justin Cook, Bailey Stanley (Michael), Layne Dudley, Khloe Dudley, Rylee Raglin, Brayden Raglin and Aubrey Raglin; his great grandchildren, Landen, Lukas Cook and Conner Stanley; his mother-in-law Betty Kise of Knightstown; his brothers, David Stacy (Terri) of Cumberland and Barry Stacy of Indianapolis; and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
