He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Moore and Dorothy Moore (Stevens); and his siblings, Ilene Moore, Richard Moore and Arlene Fletcher.

He is survived by: his wife Karen Moore; his children, Tony Moore, Jay Dee Moore (Penny) and Debbie Thompson of Knightstown; his grandsons, Austin Moore and Tyler Thompson; and his sister Carol Ann Poindexter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
