Baker (Steward); his children, Charles Baker, Jr. (Amy), Michael Baker, Robert Baker (Deena), Robin Baker, Jesse Baker (Kim), Kevin Owens (Brenda), Dave Owens of Cannelton and Tina Maysey; his siblings, Jesse Baker (Judy) and Geneva Baker of Laurel; and his grandchildren, Charles III, Hannah, Noah, Christopher, Stephanie, Andrea, Bobby, Ashley, Amanda, Amber, Michael, Jerri, Jamie, Brandon, Bradley, Carrie Lynn, Daniele, Shaylin, Devin, Grace, Krista, Jennifer and Dylan. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
