Talina Fay F. Shorter Obituary
Mrs. Talina Fay Shorter, 44, of LaPorte IN, passed away on March 14, 2019, in Kingsford Heights, IN.
She was born Aug 31, 1974, the daughter of Donald Lane and Mary (Kuta) Lane.
Talina was a mother first, but she was always your friend. She wore her heart on her sleeve and everyone loved her for it. She was a homemaker, who loved to spend time with her family and friends. Including her grandchildren and her fur baby.
On June 10, 2014, she married William Shorter, who survives.
She is also survived by her two daughters, Chealzii (Joseph) Hefner of Fish Lake, IN; Kaitlynde Turner of LaPorte, IN; one brother Donald (Channon) Lane of LaPorte, IN; 5 grandchildren Dominic, Hunter, Neveah, Gypsy and Demon; and many great nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog Jax.
Talina was proceeded in death by her grandparents and first husband Roscoe Turner Jr.
Arrangements are being held by Lakeview Funeral Home, 247 Johnson Road, Laporte, IN. The family will have a celebration of life on, March 17, 2019, at 3877 East 300 South, LaPorte IN starting at 1 p.m. Family and friends are welcome to attend to remember the life of Talina Shorter.
