He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis L. Alexander and Eileen Gertrude Alexander (Vetterneck); his granddaughter Mykenzi; and his siblings, Tom Cook, Lois Smith, Jerrie Travis, Marylou Moore and Verona Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Sexton (Rick), April Lantz (Troy), Robert Cook Jr., Terry Cook (Kristen), Jason Cook and Nick Cook (Amber); his sister Judy Gilgan; his grandchildren, Autumn (Francis), Eric, Justyn, Madilyn, Carson, Collin, Alora, Addison, Zachary and Camille; and his great grandchildren, Ikaika, Kalaela, Kailani and Noah.
