She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Strother and Georgia Strother (Blevins); and her siblings, Howard, Charlie, Everett, Leo, Luther, Bertha and Mary.
She is survived by: her husband Dwight; her children, Dwight C. Beaty, Jr. (Dawn) of Westfield and Rita Beaty (Denis) of Tracy; her grandchildren, Brian Frank of Valparaiso, Trisha Beaty of Indianapolis, Heather Wakeman (Michael) of North Liberty and Tracy Williamson (Mark) of Westfield; and her great grandchildren, Piper, Atticus, Paige, Ja'neyaih, Athena and Clayton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
