He is survived by: his parents, Christopher Hawkins and Rhonda Hawkins (Schillke); his fiancé Alanna Campos (Dave); his daughters, Kenzie and Brylee Hawkins; his sister Ashley Gutowski (Jacob); his grandparents, Judith Edson and Thomas Hawkins; and his aunts and uncles, Debra Schillke (Scott Warth), Jodi Hawkins Kerr, Todd Hawkins (Lisa) and Brian Schillke (Carolyn).
