He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Dean and Irene Gloria Johnson (Koepke); and his siblings, Debbie Johnson, David and Larry Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Michelle Lorraine Carlson; his children, Nicholas of Kingsford Heights, Alexis of Kingsford Heights, Austin Johnson of Kingsford Heights and Shiana Johnson of La Porte; his mother-in-law Lori Alexader (Mike Reder) of La Porte; his grandchild Vela Jacko of La Porte; and his friend Chris Wallen of Kingsford Heights. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
