He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lowery and Evelyn Lowery (Peters). He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his sons, Jason Lowery (Rachele) of Frederick, Josh Lowery of Portland and Brandon Lowery of La Porte; his stepdaughters, Jessica Linville (Joseph) of Osceola, IN and Jennifer Taulbee (Kelly) of La Porte; and his grandchildren, Isabella, Jackson, Lexi, Phoenix, Henry, George, Leo, Thomas, Ryne, Vincent and Nolan.
