He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Catherine Brown (Newnum) and Morris Brown; his wife Shirley Fay Biddle; and his great grandchildren, Eric Patton Jr. and William Brown.
He is survived by: his sons, Allen Brown (Teresa) of Kingman and Gene Brown (Rajean) of Bloomingdale; his stepchildren, Melinda Dugger of Terre Haute and Terry Norris (Janie) of Waynetown; and his brother Tom Brown (Patty) of Dana. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Miller Cemetery or Ephlin Cemetery.
