She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Sosbe and Barbara Helen Sosbe (Pipher); her husband Melvin German Kiger; her son Jeremy Kiger; and her sister Barbara Zakutney.
She is survived by: her daughter Amber Schanlaub (Christopher); her grandchildren, Kaydyn, Hayley Kiger and Preston Schanlaub; her great grandchild Holdyn; and her brother Donald Sosbe II. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
