He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Forrest "Jigg" and Vivian Flossella Kelley (Kelsheimer); and his sisters, Nancy Quisenberry, Kathy Rhoda and Charolette Miller.
He is survived by: his son Brett Kelley; his grandson Blake Kelley; and his sister Theresa Cummins (Terry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sanders Funeral Care (203 S 1st St, Kingman, IN 47952). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
