He was predeceased by: his parents, Oral Arvin Simmons and Ruth Elizabeth Burkhart Simmons; and his sister Anita Ruth Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Jane Glascock Simmons; his son Mitch Simmons (Brittany) of Marshall; and his grandchildren, Hagen and Harlow.
