He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Hugh Hodge Sr. and Phyllis Hodge (McIntyre); his son Nathan Hodge; and his sister Missy Hodge. He is survived by: his wife Beth Hodge of Kingman; his daughters, Dee Bentley (Darrin) of Veedersburg and Tammi "Cassie" Hodge of Arizona; his grandchildren, Lucas Bentley, Toby Keller (Audrey), Bret Thomas (Daylynn), Dallas Thomas (Allie), Kendra Marriott and Wayde Bentley (Aria); and his great grandchildren, Jacoby, Elaina, Sophia, Kohen, Kyson, Lillie, Jaxon and Lettie.
Memorial donations may be given in his memory to the Independent Baptist Church or Prairie Creek Baptist Church.
