He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross E. Ratcliff and Maxine Ratcliff (Glascock); and his sister Mary Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Martha Ellen Hardy; his children, Hardy Ratcliff (Sally), Mark Ratcliff (Judy) and Carol Marshall; and his sister Martha Ziegler. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
