He is survived by: his parents, Steve Teague (Jody) and Patti Teague-Osborn (Penrod); his children, Kaeson Teague, Blaine Teague and Kenzie Townsend; his siblings, Anna Adams (Chase), Johnathan Osborn, Suzanne Smith (Brad), Travis Osborn and Austin Osborn; his close friend Bre Miller; and his grandparents, Joanna Penrod, Patricia Teague, Lynn, Carol Osborn, Ed, Judy Kramer, Kenny and Sharon Kirtley.
Memorials may be made to the family for Spencer's children's educational fund.
