She is survived by: her spouse Melvin "Leon" Sleppy; her children, Judy Ilene Raab of Warren, IN and Jerry Lee Sleppy (Joyce) of Keystone, IN; and her grandchildren, Kevin Couch of Warren, IN, Kyle Couch, Angie Duncan, Amanda Clark, Caleb Sleppy, Brittani Langhammer, Melissa Atchley, Holly Anderson and Joshua Sleppy. She is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren.
