Phyllis Addington Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Addington of Keystone, Indiana, who passed away on November 27, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond D. Chenoweth and Edna J. Chenoweth (Carr); her husband Donald K. Addington; her brother Donald R. Chenoweth; and her grandson Ace Levi Addington.
She is survived by: her children, Denny Addington (Joy) of Bluffton and Amy Addington of Keystone, IN.; her sister Jean Kelly of Montpelier, IN.; her sister-in-law Anita Chenoweth of Albion, IN.; and her grandchildren, Ashley Ann Addington and Carson Donald Addington.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, private family visitation and funeral services will be held at Goodwin – Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel in Bluffton.
