He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Weller and Barbara Carr. He is survived by: his wife Belinda; his children, Richard Chad Weller (Debra) of Rolling Prairie and Megan Gimlin (Kenneth) of California; and his siblings, Donald Weller, Cora Lynn Weller, Randy Neidig and Angela Scott. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
