He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald P. Eastwood and Hazel Mae Eastwood (Snow); his daughter Stephanie Crissinger; and his sons-in-law, Brian Doty and Christopher Blanchard.
He is survived by: his wife Mae Bartram; his children, Ange Blanchard (Jordan Brown) of Kewanna, Trina Doty (Josh Demond) of Kewanna and Nicholas Eastwood (Crystal Henry) of Kewanna; and his siblings, Larry Eastwood (Barb) of Arizona, Terry Eastwood (Patty) of Kewanna, Phillip Eastwood (Debbie) of Kewanna, Rick Eastwood (Cindy) of Virginia, Gary Eastwood of Argos and Susie Eastwood of Florida. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
