She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Czech and Isabelle Czech (McVicar); her sisters, Jeannette Cobb and Mary Czech; and her sister-in-law Kathy Czech.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Kegarise of Kewanna; her children, John Kegarise (Shannon) of Culver, Aryn Freels of Royal Center and Andra Kegarise of Winamac; and her siblings, Edward Czech (Phyllis) of Winamac, Thomas Czech of South Carolina and Pamela Czech of Logansport. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
