She is survived by: her husband Richard Van Ham of Kewanna; her stepchildren, Michael Van Ham (Tina) of Kewanna, Sandy Hickle of Kewanna and Jeff Van Ham (Danielle) of Chicago; her grandchildren, Michael Van Ham of Kewanna, Christian Van Ham (Adrienne) of Kewanna, Selena Van Ham (Brock Hartman) of Kewanna, Nicole Greener of Rochester, Amanda Shelton (Anton) of Carmel and Cynthia Van Ham of Kewanna; and her great grandchildren, Aubree, Christian Jr., Ayden, Austen and Alivia.
